When engaging with client work, I immediately start focusing on strategy by asking myself questions like…who are we reaching? Why are we reaching them? And what is our brands voice and what is it trying to communicate?
So you can say that I rely heavily on strategy and use it as my starting point when concepting. Knowing your consumer inside-and-out and best channels to reach them will ultimately create work that not only connects with your target but also engages them. Because without it, you're just making pretty pictures that will sadly go unnoticed.
